I haven’t always been into fitness and exercise as much as I am now, so what made me want to go into this industry?
In all honesty it was having my first child. Once I had given birth to my son, my body had changed, more than anyone could prepare me for, and the way I saw the world had changed. I took a step back and realised that it wasn’t just myself that I had to work for anymore, it was my family.
I wanted to be a good example to him and show him that it is important to look after yourself and be grateful for the bodies we have. I have never been one who wanted to settle either, I knew my body had changed and that I wasn’t happy with how I looked after having a baby, something I know a lot of mum’s struggle with.
I muddled my way through working out and getting back into shape after having my 3 children and not really knowing if I was doing the right thing.
So I decided that I wanted to be able to help and support others looking to embark on their fitness journey. I am now a fully qualified personal trainer and specialise in pre and post-natal fitness. I am also a fully licenced Clubbercise Instructor.
My aim is to show anyone that you don’t need to spend hours in the gym and that you can workout from home and still get incredible results.
